1. I lost my ezTour product key.How can I get a new key?

Please provide the S/N number by filling the enquiry form Contact Technical Support from our website.Taking a picture even better.

2. Does ezTour supports kml and trl file?

ezTour was designed to read log from our device and itm file.
Therefore, it's not possible to read .kml or .trl file into ezTour.
You may post your .kml file on Google Earth or Google map to share your log 
with your friends and family.

3. What Holux product to use ezTour?

GPSport 245,M-241,M-1000C,M-1200E and RCV-3000 all can use ezTour.

4. What kind of data format ezTour can export?

kml, .gpx, .nema, & .csv (Excel) file formats.

5. How to use ezTour?

First, you should install ezTour in your Window system computer.
Secondly,ascertain data logger such as GPSport 245,M-241,M-1000C and M-1200E which have USB connection via your computer.
Thirdly,select "read the device log" icon at ezTour left-up side.
At that time ezTour will ask you that you need enter key.
Fourthly,you can select the track that you wnat to import to ezTour.
Finally,If your computer are at internet you should can see your track which it is showed on Google map.

6. The ezTour displayed the wrong time. How to fix it ?

You can find the display time zone list at ezTour upper side.
Then select the time zone in your place. You will see the correct time.

7. When I reinstall ezTour it showed that the key is used over three times.How to fix it?

Do not worried about this. You can keep on installing ezTour without problem.

8. How can I write in the GPS data for my photo picture?

First,please select the "add media from the files" icon at ezTour upper side.
You can choose the photos that you want to import into ezTour.
Then select the"write GPS info into photos" icon at ezTour upper side. 
You can see the photos which has been wrote in GPS data.If not you should  
check picture time is correct or not. If  time of photos can not match 
time of track the photos can not be wrote in GPS data.

9. Where to download the latest ezTour software?

10. How does Atlastour plus minimize the log points?

We use an algorithm that will minimize the unimportant points. 
That is, we will keep the turn points and remove the points in straight line.

11. How many points can it show on the Google map?

If more than 6000 points, it will warn you the performance may not be good.

12. Why the kml files can't improt on Google map browser by ezTour exproting?

The root cause should be your internet browser problem (IE version). We had verified the IE7 
& IE9 version didn't get this kind of problem except IE8. Therefore we would suggest you trying
to change other model of internet browser (such as~ Firefox, Google browser)to do importing 
kml process, it will be success.

13. Does ezTour software work on MAC or Android platform?

Our ezTour does not support to install on Mac and Android system for log downloading.
It only support to install and work appropriate with Windows platform.
We would suggest trying to use dual-boot system or Boot Camp under Mac to setup and read the logs.

14. Why the GPX file can't import to some of website by ezTour exporting?

We think the problem should be the GPX format version wasn’t compatible with this website.
However, please refer the previous example file [[Image:Example_01.pdf]], it has a detail description to let you figure out.

15. Does ezTour software support to write the latitude & longitude coordinate into the photo of exif message?

Yes, our ezTour can support to write coordinate data into the photo of exif message and based on GPS track matching with picture data.

16. After ezTour software setup finished and start-up the program, but ezTour display this kind of error message (Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application), what should I do?

This problem should be caused by Google, they would upgrade and improve their Google API version in different country of google server. Please make sure your whether your ezTour software would show this kind of error message as same as below~

Therefore you just need to change the google server setting to "maps.google.com", the ezTour function would be successful and normal as show below.

Please try to see the ezTour setting "Tools" --> "Options" then you will see the "map server item" as attached file.

17. After follow above (item 16) suggestion, but ezTour didn't work and displayed the same error message, what should I do?

Yes, we still got the same issue because the Google also improved its map API version to latest version on "maps.google.com" server. therefore the ezTour software of attached old API version package wasn't matching and it displayed this error message as below~

Sorry to make customer & user inconvenience. However, we had solved this problem in the latest ezTour.

18. After ezTour software setup finished and start-up the program, but it display the error message (0xc0150002) and terminate the software, what can I do?

First of all, we had certificated our ezTour & ezTour plus software was worked and stable with window platform system as below~
Windows XP(SP2 & SP3) / Vista SP2(x86 & x64) / Win 7(x86 & x64)

And if you get this kind of error message as same as below~

About this “0xc0150002” issue, this problem should be your windows system platform had lost or broken some <*.dll> files with unknown reason to cause this kind of problem. And according to this error code to search on internet, most of discussion forum mention~
<Solution 1>
The problem should be their computer didn't include "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)". We don't know why their platform didn't include this program package.
How ever, they mentioned you can try to download this image package file "vcredist_x86.exe" on Microsoft website, and reinstall in computer. And this kind of error message could be solved.

<Solution 2>
If the solution 1 was too complex or troublesome for you, then please try to reinstall the windows system and ezTour software on your computer platform. Or change another computer or laptop to reinstall our ezTour software to test and check out.
By the way, we would suggest you trying to download the latest ezTour from Holux website to test.

About this kind of windows system issue, we really had some difficult to solve on the issue computer directly. Because this is out of our technology region. Sorry to make you inconvenience.


19. I had try to search about BT-747 utility information for my MAC laptop using, but I still didn't know how to use it can do?
First of all, we have to remind this software wasn't our develompent and owner. You still have to search on internet. How ever, we still have do some simple operation instruction as below document. Please try to refer this fileFile:BT747 Application.pdf , it should be helpful.

20. I try install EzTour in a new computer i get a message: "This key has been used more than three times", How i can get a new key to install Eztour?

We didn't lock any license key be unavailable at this moment. This message jsut the reminder or attention to remind you the key had been using over three times. You still can diretly use the same key to setup on your computer, but if you need more computers to be used you have to buy new license key on Holux website as below link:[1]

21.I try to upload my track to facebook then I got a pop out message as below :

This is because ezTour failed to connect to facebook.
In some case, your network might have limitation for some specific domain name. Please make sure your internet connection can access facebook without problems.


22.There is no ezTour install CD included in my product package,why?

抱歉不可以,ezTour只支援軌跡紀錄器原始的log檔案匯入,還有itm檔匯入,其餘檔案不支援.
建議您可以使用Google earth 來匯入kml檔。

3. 請問, 那些Holux產品可以使用ezTour?

GPSport 245,M-241,M-1000C,M-1200E和RCV-3000皆可使用ezTour。

第四,選擇想要匯入ezTour的軌跡.
第五,假如你的電腦可以連上網路,妳應該可以看到你記錄的軌跡顯示在Google map上。

6. 請問, ezTour顯示錯誤的時間.要如何修正?

您可以找到"顯示時區"的列表在ezTour的上方.選擇您當地的時區這樣的話就能修正。

7. 請問,重新安裝ezTour時會顯示產品金鑰已使用超過3次.如何解決?

不用擔心,可以繼續安裝ezTour,不會有問題。

8. 請問為何用ezTour所匯出的kml檔案,無法匯入其Google map裡顯示?

此部分可能屬您IE瀏覽器的問題,目前我們測試發現IE8的瀏覽器版本會發生此問題;若使用IE7和IE9版本,便不會發生
此問題,可正常匯入。對此我們會建議您更新為最新IE9版之版本,或是改用其它的網頁瀏覽器(例如:火狐、Google瀏覽器
...等等);此異常狀況較不易發生。

10.請問ezTour軟體是否可與MAC或Android系統的電腦來安裝使用?

很抱歉,目前ezTour軟體並不支援於MAC及Android的電腦上來安裝使用;此軟體只能於Windows平台的電腦來安裝使用。
對此我們會建議,可嘗試於MAC電腦設定為"模擬Window系統"之模式(dual-boot system or Boot Camp);
於此模式下ezTour應可安裝與Holux機器連接讀取軌跡.

11.請問ezTour軟體匯出的GPX檔案,無法成功匯入其某旅遊網站或部落格?

很抱歉,此問題的現象來看,應屬GPX的檔案格式無法與該網站平台相互支援;目前我們軟體所匯出的是GPX 1.1的版本。
而每種社群平台所使用的GPX format格式都不一,故確實會發生此種無法匯入的現象;目前一般GPX格式有分為1.0與1.1的
版本,且1.1的版本又可依使用者需求去修改訂定不同的protocol。
故此部分並非ezTour軟體的問題,屬GPX格式與協訂的定義不同而導致的;故會建議您需確認其平台所支援的GPX格式外
,另可上網搜尋相關GPX轉檔成是再自行測試看看。

12.請問ezTour軟體是否可將經緯度座標,寫入在圖片的exif之訊息裡?

可以的,ezTour有支援將軌跡之經緯度座標;依據相片的時間點,寫入其JPG圖片裡之exif訊息欄位。

13. 為何執行ezTour軟體,卻出現"ezTour Google API無法執行"的這種錯誤訊息?

很抱歉造成用戶的不便,此問題主要是Google針對世界各地的map server系統中,將API版本的語法更新;而因為之前ezTour軟體的API版本屬舊版,新舊版本之間的語法不同所導致這樣的問題。如下圖所示~

不過這部份,我們已緊急處理將最新的修正版本放置於Holux官網上提供下載更新了,所以再請您至該連結處下載最新的版本,重新安裝後便可以解決。

14. 當ezTour安裝完畢、且啟動執行後,便會出現這種(0xc0150002)的錯誤訊息;並且終止程式,請問是否有什麼解決方法?

首先,Holux已經驗證確認 ezTour & ezTour plus可以正常操作使用在以下windows的作業系統平台~
Windows XP(SP2 & SP3) / Vista SP2(x86 & x64) / Win 7(x86 & x64)

倘若安裝後,啟動軟體是會顯示以下圖片訊息~

關於此“0xc0150002” 問題,大部分可能是Windows的作業系統裡,有相關<*.dll> 的檔案因為不確定的因素遺失或損毀,而導致此問題。 且依據此錯誤訊息碼上網搜尋,便發現有些論壇有提到類似此現象問題~
<Solution 1>
此問題有可能是該電腦裡沒有此"Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"的檔案, 我們無法確定為何該電腦會無此軟件包程式;但是論壇中有提到可以至Microsoft官網或相關網站下載此"vcredist_x86.exe" image安裝檔,且重新安裝至電腦後,該問題便可以解決了。

<Solution 2>
若solution 1 會令你們覺得複雜或不易處理,那只能請重新安裝你電腦的Windows作業系統與ezTour軟體來解決;或是換另一台電腦,再進行安裝ezTour軟體來測試確認。另外我們會建議,請至Holux官網下載最新ezTour V2.2版的軟體來進行測試,如下連結.

由於此種關於Windows作業系統本身檔案使用的問題,Holux真的有難度提供可以直接再有問題的電腦可直接解決之方法;因為此部分已經超出我們的技術領域,若有不便,請見諒!

15. 因家裡的電腦及的個人筆電都因系統的關係重灌過,故都重新再安裝ezTour軟體時;系統卻出現"我已經安裝三次了"的訊息,請問該如何解決?

首先知會您,目前我們尚未鎖住任何用戶的軟體序號;其出現使用次數過多的警訊,是為了提醒您使用次數超過3次了。但是您仍可繼續安裝使用,不過還是建議您勿重複安裝太過度;以免我們真的將您列入限制的黑名單。

16.我嘗試使用ezTour來分享我的軌跡至facebook,但我卻看到下列訊息:

12. Why I import the track into ezTour plus and planner, they display different altitdue value, it looks liked the planner display incorrect?

Yes, they were display the differnt altitude data because they were made for different 
application.

The ezTour plus was purposed to downlaod and display the track logs only, and its track information 
was real data on your trip way.

But the ezTour planner was purpose to creat and edit the track line where you want to go, then you 
could sync the track to our device. 
How ever, its track information (altitude) was evaluation from height database of earth surface. 
Even you import other track format to planner, it always display the evaluation altitude form 
database only.

This design could avoid our device display uncorrect track information when you used "Sync to 
Device" function on planner software.

13. After ezTour plus software setup finished and start-up the program, but ezTour plus display this kind of error message (Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application), what should I do?

16. I have a customer who downloaded tracks from (http://www.gps-tracks.com/), but I used ezTour planner to import its GPX track file and it didn't display anything, why?

According to website download GPX files, we check out the problem should be the coordinate 
content definition was different with our software.
Please try to refer our *.gpx file with notepad, you will see our ezTour plus export GPX file 
content as below, it can be recognized and supported to import by ezTour planner ~

But this website’s GPX file of content was showing as below, it was totally different with us 
(it didn’t include time data) and that’s why our ezTour planner couldn’t import the GPX file ~

And we have to remind you the GPX file can depend on different request to define for customer 
requirement even its file and GPX version were same. 
Therefore our software can’t guarantee to support all of GPX file where you download on internet to 
try importing process is success because this reason. 
It isn’t easy to deliver all of GPX content with recognizable in our software.

可以的,ezTour plus有支援將軌跡之經緯度座標;依據相片的時間點,寫入其JPG圖片裡之exif訊息欄位。

12. 請問打開幫裝有看到軟體的安裝光碟, 但是軟體序號在哪裡?

請您再確認一次,軟體光碟片之包裝袋上;袋子封口背面應也貼上軟體序號之貼紙,如下圖所示~

13. 請問為何我將依軌跡在ezTour plus讀取與匯入到planner裡,同一條軌跡所顯示的高度值卻不一樣?

是的,兩者顯示的高度直會不同;因為兩個軟體的應用目前不一樣,所已顯示出的數值便會不同。
<ezTour plus軟體>
主要目的是下載與讀取Holux軌跡記錄器產品內之軌跡資料,並將軌跡檔內的所有相關機路資訊顯示出來;所以在此處顯示的高度
值,便為實際真實的數值。

<ezTour planner軟體>
主要目的為可預先自建及編輯一你欲旅行之軌跡,並且可透匯入到GPSport 260 / Funtrek 130等產品瀏覽應用;所以此編輯的
軌跡資料(高度)主要是依軟體內之地理資訊資料庫,將高度值待出顯示。故此高度值屬"地表高度"的參考值,即使用其它已儲存
GPX的軌跡檔案匯入,其planner軟體所顯示的高度值一樣會是以資料庫的地表高度為主。

這是為避免所記錄的軌跡高度錯誤,導至匯入機台執行Follow Course等功能造成錯誤。

14. 為何執行ezTour plus(or planner)軟體,卻出現"ezTour Google API無法執行"的這種錯誤訊息?

很抱歉造成用戶的不便,此問題主要是Google針對她世界各地的map.server系統中,將API版本的語法更新;而因為之前ezTour plus & planner軟體了的API版本屬舊版,新舊版本之間的語法不同所導致這樣的問題。如下圖所示~

不過這部份,我們已緊急處理將最新的修正版本ezTour plus_V3.01版;放置於Holux官網上提供下載更新了,所以再請您至該連結處下載更新其最新的版本,重新安裝後便可以解決。

15. 當ezTour plus安裝完畢、且啟動執行後,便會出現這種(0xc0150002)的錯誤訊息;並且終止程式,請問是否有什麼解決方法?

首先,Holux已經驗證確認 ezTour & ezTour plus可以正常操作使用在以下windows的作業系統平台~
Windows XP(SP2 & SP3) / Vista SP2(x86 & x64) / Win 7(x86 & x64)

倘若安裝後,啟動軟體是會顯示以下圖片訊息~

關於此“0xc0150002” 問題,大部分可能是Windows的作業系統裡,有相關<*.dll> 的檔案因為不確定的因素遺失或損毀,而導致此問題。 且依據此錯誤訊息碼上網搜尋,便發現有些論壇有提到類似此現象問題~
<Solution 1>
此問題有可能是該電腦裡沒有此"Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"的檔案, 我們無法確定為何該電腦會無此軟件包程式;但是論壇中有提到可以至Microsoft官網或相關網站下載此"vcredist_x86.exe" image安裝檔,且重新安裝至電腦後,該問題便可以解決了。

<Solution 2>
若solution 1 會令你們覺得複雜或不易處理,那只能請重新安裝你電腦的Windows作業系統與ezTour軟體來解決;或是換另一台電腦,再進行安裝ezTour plus軟體來測試確認。另外我們會建議,請至Holux官網下載最新ezTour plus V3.1版的軟體來進行測試,如下連結.

16. 因家裡的電腦及的個人筆電都因系統的關係重灌過,故都重新再安裝ezTour plus軟體時;系統卻出現"我已經安裝三次了"的訊息,請問該如何解決?

首先知會您,目前我們尚未鎖住任何用戶的軟體序號;其出現使用次數過多的警訊,是為了提醒您使用次數超過3次了。但是您仍可繼續安裝使用,不過還是建議您勿重複安裝太過度;以免我們真的將您列入限制的黑名單。
