1. How long of device's warranty date?

Normally, the warranty date within 1 year without man-made broken. 

2. How long of accessories warranty date?

Normally, the battery, SD memory card and related accessories of warranty date is within 6 months.

3. If I can't recognize my S/N number, how should I know the warranty data limit?

Normally, the warranty date is started calculating according to which date you bourgh the device
by your receipt or warranty card. If you can't provide related buying certificate then Holux has
authority to refer your S/N number to decide your warranty date limit.

4. If I register account on Holux website, does it mean this was the warranty date limit ?

The register function on Holux website of member area only provides for buying product and 
recording message service on Online_Store. The warranty date still bases on above 1 to 3 
topic mention. 

5. Does it include within the warranty reule, the local seller privde premium of accesories?

Except these accessories were made by Holux, or else we didn't provdie warranty 
service for other manufacturer. 

6. If I want to repair my GPS device how should I do?

If you want to repair the device please contact your reseller (or local retailer) for support to execute repair process.

1. 請問機器保固期是多久呢?

一般機器本體保固為一年(無外力或人為破壞下)。 

2. 請問配件有保固期嗎?又是多久呢?

您好,電池與相關配件之保固期限為六個月。(隨機器所搭載之SD卡亦同)

3. 請問如果序號模糊不清該怎麼辦?又怎麼知道機器的保固期限?

一般保固期由購買日起算,您所持之售貨收據乃購買日期之證明,或可依產品保固卡上註明之日期為證。
如無法提供相關購買證明與保固卡,HOLUX將有權依據產品S/N序號,為本保固條件優先認定。

4. 請問網站上的產品註冊,代表是機器的保固期限嗎?

其會員專區內之產品註冊功能亦於僅提供相關會員紀錄各類產品S/N服務之用。相關保固之判定仍以上述
之1/2/3要點說明為主。 

5. 請問購買時販售商所附贈產品配件,是否適用於保固呢?

此部分需為HOLUX原廠產品之配件,其餘非原廠的均無法提供相關保固服務 

6. 機器故障如何維修?

一般您可直接與你當初的購買商接洽,請她們協助進行維修程序;或您可與我們客服維修單位連絡,她們也會協助處理。

7. 商品維修時間大概多久?

一般其維修時間天數約3~5天。

8. 請問商品維修的運費需要自行負擔嗎?

您好,其此運費是採一人一趟制。

9. 我要怎麼知道維修的進度?

在您將商品送修之前,經與我們聯絡後,將會申請獲得"維修單號碼",另於收到維修品/維修品完成寄出前,將會以簡訊告知,

10. 維修費用付款方式是如何呢?

其維修費用是採用"貨到付款"的方式。 

11. 請問送修時需要檢測費用嗎?

其機器於保固期內非人為因素造成之原因退修,將不收取任何費用。如為已過保固期之產品退修,將會有相關"檢測"、
"零件"費用產生。若擬於報價後不予維修,此檢測費用仍需支付。
