1. 機器故障如何維修?

一般您可直接與你當初的購買商接洽,請她們協助進行維修程序;或您可與我們客服維修單位連絡,她們也會協助處理。

2. 商品維修時間大概多久?

一般其維修時間天數約3~5天。

3. 請問商品維修的運費需要自行負擔嗎?

您好,其此運費是採一人一趟制。

4. 我要怎麼知道維修的進度?

在您將商品送修之前,經與我們聯絡後,將會申請獲得"維修單號碼",另於收到維修品/維修品完成寄出前,將會以簡訊告知,

5. 維修費用付款方式是如何呢?

其維修費用是採用"貨到付款"的方式。 

6. 請問送修時需要檢測費用嗎?

其機器於保固期內非人為因素造成之原因退修,將不收取任何費用。如為已過保固期之產品退修,將會有相關"檢測"、
"零件"費用產生。若擬於報價後不予維修,此檢測費用仍需支付。

1. If I want to repair my GPS device how should I do?

If you want to repair the device please contact your reseller (or local retailer) for support to execute repair process.

Or you can contact with our RMA unit to execute the repair process.
