1. 請問,63A開機時就當在開機畫面而不會動,用重置鍵没有作用;是否有解決的方法?

此部分可能您機器內的系統檔案有遺失或損毀所導致,故得要將機器送回維修,重新更新安裝OS與應用程式檔案。

2. 請問,GPSmile 63A導航機無充電下,待機時間不長?

目前該機型的Panel尺寸為最大,故耗電量就以比其他4.3" / 5.0"機型來的高;且會依據機器聲音與背光設定不同,待機的時間
便長短不一。一般背光與聲音設定皆在一半的設定值下,63A約可待機1小時左右,建議還是以車充外接來供電。

3.請問GPsmile 63A可使用到多大的記憶卡,我更新地圖時,它顯示記憶體不足,是不是得要使用記憶卡才可以解決?

提醒您,63A的機器可以設定您的導航軟體是要以內建的Flash memory來啟動,還是透過micro-SD card的路徑來啟動;你可參
閱附件使用手冊(P.20)來設定執行的路徑。
而GPSmile 63A可以支援Micro-SD card最大容量8GB(可支援SDHC的規格);而由於目前SD card的廠牌眾多,我們無法保證可
以支援全數的廠牌。
我們會建議您購買較大廠商之SD Card,例如:SanDisk、金士頓、友勁、創見等。

4.請問此機的AV in 功能,在選單中找不到開啟影像輸入的選項,該如何使用?

原則上您只要影像輸出端那邊是有訊號的(如DVD播放器、行車紀錄器等),GPSmile 63A便會自動將整個畫面切換到AV-in那端的
訊號來源;您可再測試看看。因目前此機型AV-in的功能屬簡易版,故尚無操作選項設定於操作畫面上。

若您測試仍無法自動切換顯示AV-in訊號之畫面,再煩請您與你當初的購買商聯繫;請她們協助你確認或送修我們原廠處理。

5.請問63A連接倒車鏡頭會自動切換影像嗎?一般倒車鏡頭可用嗎?

是的,我們會自動切換的;原則上、市面上之經銷商或通路商,應會附上搭配GPSmile 63A之AV-in的線材,如下圖所示~

您只要影像輸出端那邊(如DVD播放器、行車紀錄器等)確認是有訊號的,GPSmile 63A便會自動將整個畫面切換到AV-in那端的訊號來源。

6. 最近更新63A之圖資後便無法定位,請問該怎麼辦?

更新圖資,並不會影響到GPS的定位;您目前的狀況,我們懷疑是GPS的接收模組可能有問題。
我們會建議您,嘗試在戶外無遮蔽物的環境下;在測試看看該GPSmile 63A是否仍無法定位?

7. 請問,衛星導航63A姚如何使用多媒體功能?
此部分請參閱該File:如何使用多媒體功能.pdf操作說明檔,有細部的說明。


8. 請問,63A提供新導航精靈H9的圖資更新下載,如欲保留舊H7的自建地點,該保留哪些檔案?

這部份您只需要先將H7軟體裡的<PPGPOI17.DAT>先複製下來,您可將機器與電腦連接後;至<Navi>資料夾裡、會再看到一
<Save>資料夾,點選進入後便會看到此檔案。複製備份好後,您便可將機器內之H7主程式與圖資,更新成H9的版本;更新完
成後,再將此檔案<PPGPOI17.DAT>,一樣放入到正確路徑之資料夾內即可。

若H9程式裡面沒有看到<Save>資料夾,請於該路徑<Navi>資料夾底下自行建立一個;接著將檔案,放入至該Save資料夾內。

1. The PND couldn't load the navigation software from the SD card, but from the internal flash was fine?

The problem could be the software start-up setting of priority, you can try to refer this File:Modify executing path way.pdf description.

It could help you to understand and try to change the executing path of priority.

2. M-1200E can not USB connect via ezTour.How can I solve it?

You can try something.
        1. Use another USB cable.
        2. Use another USB connect port from your computer.
        3. Uninstall the USB driver that you have installed in your computer and reinstall the USB 
           driver below the website.
        4. First check COM port number from your computer. And then click on config GPS in ezTour. 
           The last click on manual setting and choose COM port number.

3. The M-1200E battery had died, where can I buy a new one?

Unfortunately, this battery was belonged embedded system not rechangeable model. 
Therefore we would suggest you trying to contact your original reseller for support to execute 
repair process, directly.

5. Does ezTour program support the MAC system platform?

Unfortunately, our ezTour program can’t support the MAC platform in this moment.
How ever, there is a free software solution (name ~ BT-747) can support to work appropriate with GPS
data logger on MAC platform.Please try to refer and download on this web link

6. Does M-1200E can support to connect Nokia 5530 XpressMusic of bluetooth V2.0?

Yes, the bluetooth V2.0 absolutely support to cover version 1.2 of connection.
But you have to set on your mobile phone of manager setting and make sure the COM port、Baud rate:
38400、 pair code < 0000 >.....are all correct then the bluetooth connection should be worked.
How ever, most of mobile phone have different bluetooth setting rule by brand vendor defined,
therefore you could contact with them to get more detail information.

7. Does M-1200E can connect to Iphone or Ipad by bluetooth?
